Ticketing System

Customer Portal

Quick guide to creating support tickets on the customer portal

During the on-boarding process you will receive an activation email from us; You can use
that email to update your profile and password.

After your login, you can click on the New support ticket button as indicated:

  • You will be taken to our ticket form where you can fill out information like your ‘Email
    Address’, ‘Subject’ and a ‘Description’ of the issue you are facing, along with the
    additional information such as ‘Name’, ‘Phone Number’ or the ‘Type’ of the issue; you can
    also attach files to their tickets
  • Knowledge Base will help you get a solution without reaching the support and will also
    help deflect tickets on your account
  • Once they hit the ‘Submit’ button, our ticket will be created
  • Once we get your ticket you will receive a ticket number through your email
